I would say Barricade. Scorpnok is actually pretty cool as well, he has very good detailing on him.

The interesting thing about Scorponok is that his gear gimmick is actually in the movie itself, and not just something that's there to make his claws rotate. In the desert attack you can clearly see the gears spinning.

yeah i do agree he looks like a zoids figure with stickers on it except that scorponok doesn't have stickers and the letterings are all smoothly applied...

If you're talking about movie deluxe figures, then Barricade is my choice, but if you're talking about all deluxe figures, then I'd say Classics Skywarp is the best.

Jazz rocks hard and long.
Awesome detailing. I love how squat he is. He looks like a real giant car robot would look. Not like a little toy at all.
Too bad he talks like an 80's black guy stereotype in the movie!

some folks said the new "final battle jazz got a new weapon and they will separate the torso and legs and place it into leader class meg's hands... such idea...

Regardless Of All The Hype For The Leader Class Brawl I Really Like His Deluxe Class. Lots Of Detail and Nice Alt. Mode.

Wreckage is so underrated. Big nasty blades beat a gun any day. He displays beautifully.

Barricade. I love the character. Bold, confident, bad ass, sadistic - what's not to love?
I just don't like his arm gimmick. Just because he pounds his fists on the ground and hood of a car doesn't mean they should have immortilaized the moment in plastic. Oh well, it is what it is.

Welcome to the Forum - have to agree barricade is great and looks great posed with BB
The deluxe class for the movie range has so many good figures in it even swindle has really grown on me - to the point where ive considered getting 2 as another drone after playing the game

After BB 08, for me it's Arcee. The detail and ingenuity of her design tops all of the others (besides BB 08).
If I look at Barricade without being influenced by his coolness in the movie, the figure fails on a few points. He has no real arms/hands, no neck joint, and an ankle design that should have been reexamined.
Most of the movie figures I have other than BB 08, Arcee, Bonecrusher & Wreckage have had some sort of design issue.
Brawl has the worst shoulder design I've ever seen. They won't stay in place.
BB 77 has a weak and faulty automorph. Mine also tends to fold at the ankles so he looks perpetually drunk.
Jazz has no real forearms/hands.
Swindle has no neck unless "corrected" with a knife.
Blackout's leg pegs and automorph won't let him stay together in alt mode.

your very much welcome!

Despite the fact that it's a pegwarmer, I would definately have to go with swindle being my second choice and I am considering troop building him, as you are all right that bumblebee 08 would be the first. Dreadwind also deserves a mention for a seeker type drone that would be best troop built.
Barricade is also a no brainer.
I wasn't too pleased with all the other deluxes.
I haven't gotten wreckage yet but I will, I thought bonecrusher and brawl were total junk, and while nice in robot mode, Arcee's bike mode is about as big as a tank or bigger, and the "jazz hands" are definately an issue on an otherwise cool figure. But, I'm getting them all and I am somewhat happy with them all on some level.

On a side note, are there any other deluxes planned this year repaint or otherwise? (Besides the obvious jazz repaints and such.) Cause if not, about all I will need now is wreckage!
