Yeah, I'm a bit confused. There's an auction going on now that's offering this fig. The original starting price was 9.99, and I was going to go for it, and there was no bids until middle of last night (1 day 14 hours remaining at that time).

The bidding is now up to 32 bucks. Should I even go for it at all?

does it have any accessories? does it come with the trailer? G1 Prime originally came with:

2 fists
roller
Gun
petrol hose
petrol end.

things to check for are:

Back door present? (these usually break off during playing)
smokestacks (may be worn or broken)
Repair bay intact? is the sattelite dish and claw arm present?
sometimes people take old Prime's and use them for spare parts.

I got a 1982 Prime last year for $16 Buy It Now and it was in pretty good condition. under the trailer it said Takara 1982 made in france. but the seller had removed rollers launcher and spring and it had some chromewear. had both fists, back door intact, long smokestacks and full bumper, gun and roller so it was ok.

people usually go crazy when it comes near the time to end. it will shoot up in price at the very end. can't really say much coz I can't see the condition of it but I would say set yourself a budget, you could always wait for the Encore reissue which will be brand new
