There have been several threads about the scale of movie figures. Maybe my comment here will be useful information, especially to those who did not attend the Botcon 07 dinner party. The goodie bag contained an uncut tech-spec sheet of all the movie Transformers and is pictured below. On the back is a short bio of each character.

The heights and weights of the characters are described as:

Megatron 35 feet / 5.7 metric tons
Blackout 33.5 feet / 2.9 metric tons
Starscream 31 feet / 2.6 metric tons
Barricade 16.3 feet / 2.16 metric tons
Frenzy 4.6 feet / 110 kilograms
Brawl and Bonecrusher were not included.

Optimus Prime 28 feet / 4.3 metric tons
Ironhide 22 feet / 2.4 metric tons
Ratchet 20.1 feet / 2.3 metric tons
Bumblebee 16.2 feet / 1.6 metric tons
Jazz 15.7 feet / 1.8 metric tons

You can see that Leader Megatron should be taller than Leader Prime. Megatron, Blackout, Starscream and Prime all fit rather closely and can reasonably be in leader size. A sense of proper scale could have been preserved if they would give or take an inch within this class.

If you base the scale around the Prime figure, Megatron should be bigger while Blackout and Starscream should be just a bit shorter than Megatron, but bigger than Prime.

Leader Brawl will most likely be too big (but I'll take it over the deluxe size!).

Well I still say Blackout should be a supreme. Because if the transformation is similar to the Voyager he will really look much smaller in Robot mode than he should. That way you get a nice big helicopter and a relatively close robot mode. If they make him a leader he would look more like an ultra in robot mode.

Blackout in supreme class would be awesome. Him and Barricade are my two favorite movie decepticons. I think another part of the size problem is that Blackout's head is set so low on his body. He may be almost as tall as Megatron, but does not see eye-to-eye with him.

There is no way Frenzy weighs that much. He couldn't weigh that much and jump onto Sam in the film without Sam collapsing to the ground due to the sheer weight, and Sam being unable to throw him off.

Not only that but imagine the look on the flight attendants face when she tried to lift a 240lbs radio.

242 pounds (110 kg) does seem excessive.

Also, Blackout is known to be the tallest of all the movie Decepticons...

I've got a feeling all the numbers are inaccurate.

the bio's of blackout also says he is the largest of the cons so i think they are putting wrong info on them because megs is bigger than blackout according to the height stats...
