Hey guys, If anyone can help me with this i would really appreciate it

I bought a BRAND NEW BEAST WARS 10TH YEAR ANNIVERSARY DINOBOT

but it seems to be missing the mutant head (outer shell around his head that needs to be split to reveal robot head).

On the back of the box, it shows no mutant head but in the instruction sheets, it states theres a mutant head.

DOES ANYBODY KNOW IF THE BW 10TH YEAR ANNIVERSARY DINOBOT IS MEANT TO HAVE A MUTANT HEAD OR NOT?????????????????

How could I? Sounds like you got one that is missing a piece. It happens. Personally, I prefer Dinobot wothout hte mutant head.
