Hasbro/Takara Tomy really need to buy this guy's schematics and mold, tweak it, and put it into mass production..with a little darker pink coloring and some detailing..

What say you??

How many years has this been around, and yet they can't do a simple mold that reseambles her 1986 cartoon movie model??

Honestly I want Arcee designed by Alex the same guy that did Classics Mirage. If we could get an equal level of posability with minor kibble I think all Arcee fans would finally be happy.

Masterpiece version? How much you want to bet it would sell as well as Megatron did but for different reasons and I'm thinking mostly Japanese market here, in the US she'd likely be equally as popular as all the masterpieces.

The guys behind Cyberfembot ARC have already approached Hasbro with it. They basicly confirmed that there wouldn't be any legal issues with it being produced but didn't want to buy the design. It is an excellent looking toy, but has become a bit notorious for being overly delicate and as such probably wouldn't convert well to a mass production version without quite a lot of reworking. I still want one though.

I think she'd be popular, simply because she is a Girl Transformer and would also make a perfect companion to Rodimus Prime..plus it breaks up the line and would make it refreshing to see her in the mix some how. I definitley think the Japanese market would gobble her toy up faster then you could say Miso Soup!!!

Yeah I would love to have one of those as well.. what's the price point and is there a link to his site?? Also I understand why hasbro wouldn't buy the mold from that guy, but Takara needs to come out with a similar engineered version in Masterpiece. but then again there is the new cartoon version so lets see how that looks..

the hasbro Arcee is okay, but looks too basic and not very posable, nice head sculpt though...

Problem with the Titanium version is she's still too much of a shell former and you know fans will bitch. I think someone quoted Arron Archer saying "if we are going to do G1 Arcee we want it done right."

I agree with that.

Biggest critiques I have with the titanium desing are the feet and the packpack looks like too much kibble.

Would have been fine for the Titanium line but you know fans would have been disapointed if that was a mainline item.

Honestly for Universe I'd love to see the rest of the 1986 cast come out, Springer, Arcee, Kup, and Blurr.

Is it just me, or is it the cyberfembot mold has.....crooked eyes? :-?

The hasbro one is not bad, but she could use some time on a thigh master.

What is it with arcee that everyone loves. I have always wonder that I'm not saying that she wasn't a great chracter or that she wouldn't make a great toy. I just wonder what it is that draws people to her.

The Titanium version would have been sufficient for a time, but they can do better.

The other non-official design is cool, but removing a head for transformation, hmmm...not sure I'm into that.
