Here’s a teaser image I came across this morning…
Is it legit? Unknown to me; maybe someone can confirm or disconfirm.

Looks like Rhino from MASK. If you found it this morning, almost guaranteed to be an April fools joke unfortunately. Today will be full of them, and they are never funny.

Definitely an April Fools joke. Rhino from M.A.S.K is the least likely to be used for a Haslab project. If anything, I would have expected Boulder Hill to get that treatment.

Wouldn't that be kinda pointless without vehicles to use with it? Surely they'd do something smaller and iconic like the Thunderhawk first. M.A.S.K. will always be a one-off line that occasionally shows up as a reference in other lines so a HasLab would certainly aim for the greatest hits.

I could see them making Thunderhawk and Switchblade as X-overs and then Boulderhill as a Haslab project.

It still puzzles me Hasbro just doesn’t want to do anything with that property.

It would be an easy and short commemorative line. Maybe 25 vehicles, (they can skip the split seconds) and they don’t even need to make them turn into robots.

It doesn't really surprise me that Hasbro hasn't done anything with them, there's a lot of 80s properties that haven't had proper second chances. What surprises me is that they haven't licensed it out to anyone else. I could see Jada doing remakes or even Jazwares doing full function mini vehicles with drivers like they've done with Star Wars Micro Galaxy. Personally I think the later would be really cool, you could get a bunch of them, they wouldn't take up a lot of space and they can be roughly in scale with Generations vehicles.
