Is it a knock-off? A production mistake? A super-rare find?

I found it at a flea market recently, and can't find anything about it. Happy to take more pictures, just don't know exactly what to take pics of at this point.

There is a KO Nemesis Prime but it uses purple instead of the typical teal.
