Yeah, they forgot to leave time for the stuff in between like the quizzes and Jordan's hosting parts.

I can't place my order! It keeps giving me an error message saying "sorry, try again in a few minutes!" And their customer service line says they are closed, even though it's Friday and before 6:00 PM EST.

My order didn't work the first time, but went through on the second time. Got a confirmation email, but nothing on my account yet. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Someone in the YouTube comments said it can take a while. (edit) Finally showed up in my account half an hour later.

Incidentally, my score for the trivia was 44th place overall with 868 points, I'm pretty happy with that. No idea where I placed in the Transformers trivia, I got all 4 questions right for 336 points.

I dunno why they don’t resell em. I personally don’t like Haslab out of this Kickstarter principle. Now that the kickstarter is over, and people bought em, make it again for people who missed out. It’s not like they destroyed the molds.

I've learned that Pulse has an annoying quirk of listing a new product as available for a few minutes, then disappearing for a while, then reappearing and saying it's "SOLD OUT", then finally normalizing and listing as available again. Until it sells out....

So just keep the page for your items bookmarked and check on them periodically. Odds are, they'll be available once the website goes through it's annoying cycle...

I entered the sweepstakes for Unicron. As a free prize is pretty much the only way I'd go for something that high-end, large, and expensive. Maybe even Death can get lucky!

Hey all, new to the forums; been lurking on Seibertron for some time.

When I click on the "special giveaway" link in the news story, the page that loads has all the giveaways listed but there are no links to enter any giveaways. Neither the pictures nor the titles of any of the prizes has links to enter. I've tried in 3 browsers on my computer & 2 browsers on my phone all to no avail.

Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
