Maybe. This toyline could have really benfited from an Ultra class, though. Slightly larger figures without the 39.99 MSRP. An Ultra class bonecrusher and blackout. Great in my opinion. Hell for me that leader class blackout youre talking about wouldnt need scorponok to make it a good idea. One of the other posters had one of the best ideas I've heard in a long time. That was to do a Masterpiece Blackout.

I agree some ultras would even it out.

In order for it to hold a deluxe Scorpinok like the Voyager class did, it would easily have to be 2.5 times the size of the Voyager version. That would make it cost about $90.00 or so. If it was as detailed as a Masterpiece version, I MIGHT buy it at that price.

i bet it could still hold one, even if it wasn't to scale.

it's not the deal breaker for me, I'd just like a larger more detailed version of him.

I keep saying it, they need to make Blackout a supreme class. Maybe make Scorponok a basic class. And bring back the ultra class for Bonecrusher and Starscream.

Beggers can't be choosers, so I would buy a Blackout just at a Leader class size, regardless of Scorponok. (If you hadn't noticed my sig.)
And yes....a Masterpiece Blackout would be THE ABSOLUTE BALLS!!!

Not so much, I can think of figures that need the Masterpiece treatment long before him. And I like Blackout.

QFT. So would I.
But Deluxe Scorponok is out of scale with even a Leader incarnation of Blackout, but make a transforming Scorponok in MINICON size, and a Leader/Ultra/Supreme Blackout, and we are set!

I'd buy a leader class regardless of the ability to hold Scorponok.

I think I would be much happier with a larger more detailed version than one that could hold Scorp (although that would be a major plus).
A leader or bigger Blackout would be sweet because as least than Scorp wouldn't look so big next to him and thus, scale wouldn't be so screwy.
What happened to the scale on the Decepticons side anyway?

I would buy him anyway, I don't really care about Scorp. I'm also not sure if I should just get Voyager Blackout first or wait to see if Hasbro cares enough to make us a Leader Blackout...

Me too. Really a no brainer. Would have been better than the Brawl one we are getting. I like the desert redeco a lot though.

Talk about beating a dead horse this topic has been covered so many times it is not funny. Most people would buy a leader class blackout even if he couldn't carry scorpinok. Also we know people would buy a leader class bone crusher, barricade and ironhide if they did those as well. I'm not sure about rachet but I'm sure if they did someone would buy him. Now lets move on to the brave new world that will be the new animated series and acompaning toy line which seems to be getting better by the day.

Imagine a Blackout that was to scale with the 3 3/4" G.I.Joe figures...
Now go change your shorts.

So would they make a Tyrese figure that yells, "What!?! Bring It.!"?

Hasbro really cut corners. I guess they figured that since multiple decepticons were never in the same frame in robot mode, they could just wing it. I really feel that with the exception of Megatron, they didnt spend that much time on the cons. Just look at Barricade's gimmick. Frankly I could really do without Ultimate Bumblebee.

I have one, it's called the Night Attack Chopper...
Oh you mean a transforming one.
