Classics Voyager Megatron Question

Have they stopped production on him? I've noticed all the cases at my local Wal-Mart consist of only Optimus Prime and Jetfire, not one Megatron included. (I even asked the associate stocking them, and she said "No, the weird gun thing wasn't in this set like it was before, just the truck and plane now.")
So...does anyone know? I'm a little worried I might need a back up to replace mine soon. The left arm/barrel/orange cap is getting loose from the transformation, problem is...you have to really yank on the shoulder to unsnap the plate that holds it on. It's not terribly loose, but one day, it will snap off.
I'd like to be able to find a replacement, just in case that happens. Or...is it possible to reattach the arm and still have a fully functional Megatron?
Anyone?

Is it just the orange cap on the shoulder becoming loooseor the arm it self. If it is the only the orange cap then remove the cap and you should find that with the orange cap gone it actually makes Megatron look way better the orange caps are removable I removed mine. Not sure if Megatron is out of production. I do know you can find him in Walmart or ToysRus up here in Victoria,BC Canada.

It's the arm. Sorry for the confusion.

Technically I think all the Classics are either out of production or very near to it. There are probably warehouses of product but now it's all a matter of distribution.
It was announced months ago that Megatron would be completely removed from case packs and replaced with Jetfire (which is silly, since he got short-packed in the original assortments as well).

Hope I can find a Jetfire soon if they are out of production. Got my Megatron but can't find Jetfire anywhere.

plenty of Megatrons here but no Jetfires. Getting kinda worried I may not find one before the movie toys start clogging the shelves.

How'd you do that? Was it just a simple, easy (and safe) pop off, or did it take some tools and work?
Also, anyone know where I can find, maybe, 4 or 5 of these loose for cheap? They don't have to be in the greatest condition.
I want to make a custom G1-Ruger version of this Megatron, and need all the spare parts I can get (but also, don't have alot of money to spend on something I'm just ripping apart and repainting).
Any help is appreciated!

Yea he does look better. Did you get both caps off? How did you get the cap off the scope?

Yes I did take both caps off. On the scope I used a pair of pliers and pulled untill the cap popped off the green targeting plastic piece comes off as well. Although it is replaceable but I didn't like the look of it on the end of the scope just sitting there once I removed the orange cap so I then took an exacto knife and cut the center out of the green plastic piece so that it fit the end of the scope and crazied glued it to the end of the scope so now when Megatron is in robot mode it looks like he is ready to fire some sort of green energon plasma energy to destroy his enemies.
