Are they doing anything cool for the encore reissues?

Improved articulation, cartoon acurate colouring, better head moulds, new accesories? anything?
also I hope they reissue the purple galvatron.

From the information given, and just based on the name these are simply reissues of the reissues. Nothing new or changed on them. I'm tempted with the Soundwave since my original is a bit beat up and the Takara version doesn't have the double tape deck that I find kind stupid looking on the Soundblaster/Hasbro Soundwave reissue.

G1 packaging will be used in the encore issues which sets it appart from the TFC reissue releases that came before them.

You couldn't really do better articulation without changing the toy entirely.

I'd like to see the Classics reissued in G1 style packaging, like the Star Wars Vintage Collection, and the G.I. Joe 25th anniversery figs.
That would be G1 updated with better sculpts and articulation.

they should at least change/add somthing, otherwise most tf collectors would prefer the orinals or even the previous reissues.

Nothing has been said about this. Previously, all G1 reissues have been released through TRU. However, with the recent distribution of reissue Ultra Magnus (Walmart, now a bunch of online stores), this may be a sign of something. I would not be entirely surprised to see Prime and Starscream figures reissued in the USA again.
