I was browsing the galleries, and I saw the face/torso shot of Energon Swoop(I don't have the figure), and I noticed what probably was an unintentional homage: I saw Starscream! I don't know why, but I just get a weird connection between the two, and I think if Starscream got a Beast Wars form, it would look like that. So, can I get a photoshop of Energon Swoop in Classics Starscream colors?





Maybe it's just me though. And I'll admit Swoop shares more in common with Armada design wise, but that head, I can see Starscream in it.

im gonna take another stab at this later with more of the gf colorscheme, with a little more black, and less bright colors, but for now, here you go.

i might repaint mine...... idont use hima nymore cause i took energon grimlock's head off so i could kitbash my alt richocet

Thanks . Now I'm even more convinced that is what Starscream would look like if he was in Beast Wars. I know I'm not crazy, anyone else see the resemblence?

Actually Starscream was in BeastWars well in one or to episodes anyway where he possessed Waspinator's body. And tried to take over as leader of the Predacons.

In any case yes Swoop does look a lot like Starscream [/b]

Yeah, but he possessed Waspinator, and didn't have his own form. I'm saying that if Starscream reformatted himself to actually be a Predacon(similar to what Ravage did), he might look something like Swoop.

And of course Swoop looks like Swoop, but his color scheme doesn't really look like either toy or cartoon version. And both heads have a more pronounced "horn" on the back of the head, and they are colored red. This Swoop's head is black, with a small horn, and I saw more of a Starscreamish look.

Yeah, no argument here, had he been in a pod, and scanned, this Swoop would be the perfect candidate for him.
