Hold his wrist between your thumb and fore finger with one hand and hold onto his hand in the same way with your other hand, pull VERY hard and twist back and forth.

I think it depends on the figure, some people have one's that take little to pop'em out whereas to change hands on my one it's more akin to the mighty arms of Altas pulling the heavens from the earth :MAD:

Ya. Awesome poseable figures, nice collectables to put on your desk at work. Unfortunately, not transformable. Also very hard to configure.
