Hmm, this may have already been posted, I can't remember, but I've seen these pics... it's a nice looking figure indeed, I can't wait to get mine.

I'm so glad I preordered that. I didn't know he came with headphones already, but the prospect of Rumble and Frenzy as headphones was too good to pass up. It's very cool that although Rumble and Frenzy are huge they can still fit on your ears. Damn man, I can't wait for BBTS to deduct the cash from my account for those. It's killing me to look at those pictures knowing that it's so close to shipping to me.

Now will this hook up to American computers? Do they have different USB ports in Japan? And where do you get those little cartridges?

you'll need a thumb drive or something to transfer mp3's onto the mini SD, then put that in soundwave. i imagine he works like the ipod shuffle works

Well I don't know anything about MP3 Players. But this Soundwave is making me interested in them.

Unfortunately, he won't be that great as an mp3 player. Low storage capacity, short battery life, and lack of a display to help navigate through your music does not a useful mp3 player make.
But he's a damn fine Soundwave figure!

It's funny, we get the best looking Soundwave EVER, and he's an actual functioning music device. All in all, He looks great, as well as the Rumble and Frenzy earphones are an amazing touch. The only thing that turns me off is the battery needed to use, instead of a lithium-ion. But, I suppose it would put the cost up.

Man, I'm so glad I ordered this.
Seems everyone's getting the Spark Blue version, too.
I think Sonic White looks...plain and boring and washed out, myself.

I just got confirmation from BBTS that my white and blue Soundwaves are in stock along with the headphones. I can't wait to take pics of these for the site!

$174 is way too much.

I'm so tempted in getting one - the blue one. The only two things I don't like is the card capacity which is only 1 gig on a miniSD card. Two, there no place to store the weapon.
I don't know, I may get him. That robot is so cool!
As for Frenzy/Rumble, ehhee, I gotta pass. That's one ugly earphone, hehee.

Most websites have them for less than 100$.
Check BBTS etc.

English, please.

It uses a Mini SD card, yes. His 'tape door' opens and you insert the card as if it were a cassette. Maximum 1 GB, I'm afraid.
