We have reported that several of the figures in the Transformers Movie toy line would be getting repaints. Now it looks like we can add another figure to the list. An image of a blue repaint of movie Ironhide has been posted on VisualMedia.com. Click here to view images of the repaint in both bot and alt modes. Not much is about the figure at this time. Pay attention to the Seibertron.com Toy Section bccause we will post for details as they become available.

Yeah, red would have been nice. But maybe they'll rename this one as Motormouth...

Red would have been the better choice.

This color scheme reminds me of a Nemesis Prime. With the Aqua blue highlights and all.

In any case, they might go out on a limb and call him Kup?:-?

I know I know the blue is a little too dark. but still...

now it looks a little more like a soundwave kb project. with less work

Still, this is another ugly ugly u-huh-huh-huuuugly repaint. The movie line repaints have been nothing but god-awful. Remember in Cybertron when all the repaints were awesome? Like Cannonball, Repugnus, Ransack GTS, etc...

This is such a stupid repaint...I think my brain just broke.

Seriously, a red repaint would have looked great, I have no idea what this is supposed to be.

It's not battle-damage its dirt from the wheel...

Paint scheme does look a but Soundwave-y...

I'm thinking it's just the pic, but it doesn't look good to me.

Also, I can't help but wonder why no G1 pattern like so many other movie figures are getting?

My IronHide is in alt mode as part of a display that I don't want to take apart to see this.

Ironhide went to the body shop after the final battle and this is his new color. That could be what they are going for you never know.
