We all know that there will be a brand new combiner coming out. Which means it will either be for the new animated series or for classics 2.0. So my question is what shape would you like it to take if it is for the new animated series and what improvement would like it to have over the last atempt at combiner, and if it is for the classic 2.0 line what combiner would you like to see redone and what improvement would like to see on that.

1. if it is for the animated series: I would like to see four cars and truck of somesort combine to form the giant robot, and each car be different from the other also I would like to see this one have hands not just weapons were the hands should be. The other thing I would like is if the legs were not bow legged but more like the g1 combiners but with more articulation.

2. If it is going to be made for classics 2.0: I would like it to be a reimaging of the protectbots.

although we've already technically got a devastator for classics he'll always be my favorite combiner so i'd want him hopefully with 6 equal sized bots. if i had a second choice id love to see a new computron but i realize how far fetched that is so my second vote would be for a new menasor

The Predicans.

I have a thousand repainted Devastator variants, and I wanst to happy with the Energon combiners. Bruticus also has been done to much lately.

However, PredaKing, has gone along time with little love and just plain rocks. Seeing that figure modernized would real be something to see

I'm also gonna vote for the Predacons. I've never got hold of an original set, but I'm sure that a much better job could be made of them now.

And don't bother asking Skowl, because we already know what his vote's for...

I echo the last 2 responses. The combiners that have been redone in the past, have been redone too much.

There are 7 Devastators, 6 Bruticus/Ruinations, 4 Superions, and 3 Defensors. Heck there are even multiple Perceptors and rail Racers and they aren't even G1!

I want all the IDW characters, so I definately want a Computron and Predaking. Abominous and Menasor would be great as well. I can see them remolding Predaking into Abominous. Basicly just change the beast and gestalt heads and it would be a great way to get 2 G1 homages out of 1 mold. Same goes for Menasor. I'd love it if they remold the Stunticons as the 5 Autobots(Optimus Prime, Windcharger, Mirage, Jazz, and Sideswipe) in Masquerade and have them combine into a robot that looks like the Autobot gestalt hologram from Heavy Metal War. Computron could be tough though, what with having to market 5 such odd looking vehicals. Would be hard to sell a drill, a cockpitless jet, and a cannon jet to kids.

It really depends on the story, I really think with the team of writers the animated show has, that Devastator would be great, 6 brilliant minds combine into... a sluggish brute lacking any intelligence whatsoever.

Since the Decepticons are meant to be smarter, more organised than previous series, perhaps the Combaticons would be a good choice, logical and a great fighter, He would prove a challenge for the Autobots to bring down.

I think that Menasor would be out, Decepticon cars arent anything special anymore, and Defensor would be treading on the normal Atobots toes a bit (Fire Truck, motorbike, Ambulance etc)

Personally though, I would love to see the Predacons, the Cybertron series showed that Animal Transformers are not hard to make, and Im sure they could come up with some snazzy designs for them.
Stunticons would also be nice, if only to have an Evil truck that isnt Nemisis Prime, and because they were always my favourite when I was a kid.

So which is it? Are they in o out? I'd love to see a combinable team of stunticons that can form Menasor. A big black truck has always appealed to me.

I'd love to see Predaking, heck I'd love for Hasbro to re-issue it here, not just Takara.

But yeah The stunticons/Menasor has to the priority for me.

I'd go for someone underrated like Abominus or Computron, even the Piranacon... we haven't seen any of those characters in 20 years (although we were SOOOO close with the Universe Seacon repaints. C'mon, TFCC, doesn't that have 'exclusive' written all over it?)

One that everone over looks is the trainbots from headmaster which made for a pretty cool combine form.

Monstrucator ... or whatever those pretender monsters are called.

Predacons or Computron.

I would love to see the Stunticons redone and updated for the new series or Classic version2. Menasor was always my favourite combiner.

I got different hopes depending on each scenario.
If Animated: Defensor
If Universe re-issue: Predaking
If Universe new mould: Computron. That would be pretty interesting. I'd say Devastator if they didn't already attach his name to that horrible energon repaint.

If it's got to be a redo of one of the older gestalts, I'd like to see either Predaking, Computron or Menasor.

Personally, I'd be into something totally new. A 5 or 6 part combiner where every vehicle was a different type could be neat, ie: a car, a truck, a boat, a jet, etc. An all water vehicle team hasn't been done either, and could be pretty kicking, especially if it were Decepticons with their penchant for military vehicles.

I'd kind of like for one of the parts to transform into a weapon for the Gestalt. Some crazy alt mode with a big gun that would have a third form as a crazy huge rifle or something could be pretty sweet.
