Leader Megatron Problems

I was wondering if anyone else had problems with Megatron's lights&sounds. I used to display my figures in alt. mode until the day after I got Leader Megs. At seven thirty a.m. the day after I bought it, it started making noises over and over again, like there was some sort of glitch in it. Now I'm forced to display my figures in bot mode so everything fits in better. Does anyone else have this problem?

mine did but i re turned it and got a new one which i took the bateries out of

I've had mine for a week now, no problems with lights and sounds/automorph.

Take the batteries out perhaps?
I've heard about this problem with various figures, mainly Energon Scorponok, the tail could be placed in a certain spot where (it seemed) vibrations from people walking nearby would continuously trigger the noise mechanism. Could be a case of slightly adjusting your figure so the noise mechanism isnt being triggered all the time.
