Looks better than the reissue they put out in the states. I saw some pictures of the TRU exclusive one and the tape door is clear. Is that right? Just thought it was weird they deviated from the original color scheme if it was supposed to be a classic reissue.

it's the soundblaster mold.. which allows two tapes to fit in. it comes out a bit more in the chest.
it's allright. nice collectable if you can't get the original. or get both. they look nice together. the package for the tfu soundwave is amazing. it makes the toy.

I like the upcoming encore release. The G1 packaging really does it for me.

I've been thinking of getting the Takara reissue.

I hate the TRU version because of the giant chest.
