Alt. Ravage's pics just don't do him justice

I picked him up at Wal*Mart today. There was a "secret stash" in the back of the toy department consisting of Classics Devastator, Cybertron Metroplex, Classics voyager Optimus and Megatron, Classics Megs and OP two pack, some Classics Minicon teams, and Alternators Rumble, Ricochet, and Ravage. I decided on Ravage seeing as how I love Alternators, but I had Ricochet, and Rumble is unposable. But I still remained skeptical. The pictures that I had seen made his kitty mode out to be a skinny strip of plastic with car parts hanging off.

Boy, was I mistaken. He is now the star of my collection. Also, Revoltech Megatron's new steed.

I've also got an Alt Ravage but I find that his head is much too small. Everything else is fine though.

I really like the head. The one thing I don't like is that the beck end of the car exterior can't really secure itself to the hips.

I like him a lot. Not one of the best Alts but definitely up there.

Wow, nice stash! I wish I was able to find Rumble & Ravage at retail prices... I don't even know if they were released in Canada. :?

I picked him up today, and am happier for doing so. He offsets Rumble. who had been my only Alt. up to this point, and he just fun to sit and mess round with.

I agree, I thought he would be rather lame and even kept him MIB in my closet for weeks until I opened him one day out of boredom and now I think he's awesome.

Take advantage of those Marvel Legends display stands:

I know you've got at least one.

There is no such stash in the Wal-Mart that I visit...no alternators, no classics, no cybertron for a long time. There's a load of fast action figures, voice changer helmets, big blaster thing, and of course, many leader Megatron.

Rumble royally sucks, now that I think about it. Besides the cool tape chest, his articulation is terrible and he's got the most unspectacular vehicle mode of any alternator.
