Voyager Ratchet's features?

On his box it says Ratchet apparently has a lot of things to play around with. He has:
An Automorph forearm cannon,
a hidden axe,
and his roof rack converts to a shield or a combat stretcher (for injured Autobots I'm assuming).
So far I can only see two of the features:
he has a hidden tomahawk axe,
and a pickup claw.
I can't see his forearm cannon, nor can I figure out his roof rack features.
How do you guys get around this dissonance of features?
Rachet

I've kept mine MISB. Not interested in opening him up to see what he has to offer as he is pretty blocky.

The stretcher is a real extra feature, takes some fiddling though.
Cant comment on the forearm cannon, I have not seen pics of it, to guess where it is (other than the forearm) or how to expose it.

He has a fore arm cannon? I must have missed that.
Either way I posted a thread about him a while back because he was the first tf I bought in months. They could have applied more paint to his face but other then that he is pretty awesome. Good Poseability and an Awesome Alt mode, and for some reason I like transforming him.

There isn't one. I love Ratchet, and I fiddle with him all thw time. I can't seem to find such a cannon.

His roof rack is fun.
But I'm a disappointed at how Hasbro essentially LIED about the forearm cannon.

Supposedly if you pull out the axe, but don't unfold it or fold in the hand, it's a "forearm cannon".

Of course! its so obvious!
I'm a little surprised that they didnt call it a "Super secret hidden extra"
