what's the most ridiculous alt mode you ever seen in a transformer figure in toys or cartoon. and you might say to the producer, now just plain stupid and and fake.
ex. ice-cream is an alt mode of a sentient robot...

And even that still isn't as ridiculous as RiD Megatron's hand mode. Not only does it wind up just beng a total mess in toy form, but it's just pretty pointless. a giant hand with wings? How exactly is that useful?
Then again, now that they've made four shoe transformers, Im more inclined to forgive the hand mode. At least a giant hand can pick things up...

in the movie, vending machine shoots out mountain dews, the toy line, real gears, and cartoon, megatron turns into a handgun.
on second thought, why doesn't starscream destroy megatron when he had an opportunity in his hand. literally megatron as gun mode is in his hand, he can put explosives inside the barrel of a gun, when others fire it, both decepticons would be destroyed into ashes or pile of beaten steels.

Megatron isn't that stupid. He'd tell that someone was putting something in his barrel. Besides, do you remember the episode with the exponential generator? Optimus Prime put it in Megatron's barrel and he blasted it into space.
