after the comic-con panel, and the viewing of the upcoming classics for next year, Octane, and Sunstreaker, what other kinds of classics do you think they are going to come out with, or hope for. I personally wish they would make a Springer or Kup, and not just a repaint of an older cybertron toy thats convention exclusive when many many people cant get to those conventions.

sandstorm to go with octane since they were buddies in the g1 cartoon. As a matter of fact I think they would make a great two pack.

The rest of the dinobots in a Gift Set. Gotta wipe the drool from my face. That's better.

Well we know that nothing that is in the new show line will turn up as a classic anytime soon, so that rules out dinobots and soundwave.

We also know that Galvatron and Sideswpie will be in it, so if we add up what we know-

Deluxes:
Sunstreaker,
Sideswipe,
Octane

Voyager,
Galvatron

this leaves a gap for at least 3 more deluxes and 1 autobot voyager.

Since we were promised a non prime repaint magnus maybe that will fill in the voyager autobot slot, although amybe he would be a little larger than that and perhaps will be the mysterious ultra or larger classic toy?

Isn't Galvatron an ultra, and Octane a deluxe?
They've said 8 (or 10) deluxes, and 4 ultras for 2.0 (if I remember correctly).

Maybe we could get Sixshot? Hasbro have said they intend to do all of the triple changers at some point, so maybe we will see Springer, Sandstorm and Broadside at some point?
I could quite easily see Broadside as an ultra figure, being an aircraft carrier and all. The other two would probably be deluxes along with the others. Maybe we will see Shockwave as an ultra? Or perhaps they will design a new combiner to that, when combined, fit into the ultra bracket? If I remember correctly, the Classics 1.0 Devastator set was $25-$30? About Ultra price?

I want to see,Sixshot,Ironhide,Ratchet,Jazz,Springer,Arcee and Sunstorm.

I would like to see Prowl/Bluestreak (Silverstreak, whatever he is called these days)/smokescreen. I was always a big fan of those 3 both in characters and the toys. As for the idea of Ultra Magnus, I think he is in the new cartoon so I don't know that we would get one in classics.

I believe they said Ultra Magnus was an exception to the rule, or something along those lines. They have said they plan to release Ultra Magnus in both lines, though probably not simultaneously. I believe Animated Ultra Magnus will appear with season 2 of animated.

Yes, they should definetly do Prowl and co. Hasbro have said they intend to capitalise on repaintable figures in 2.0, so Prowl, Bluestreal and Smokescreen would be perfect.

I'd like to see an updated Classics versions of characters like Brawn, or Seaspray, or Warpath, Powerglide, Beachcomber. One/some of those guys would be great. I think an Insecticon would be cool, too. Decepticons are a bit more difficult to choose, because most are part of a combiner set, except for the Seekers, which we won't see a full set wide-released anyway. I gotta tell ya, though... how cool would an Ultra-sized Sky Linx be?!

Personally, I'd like some more Decepticons. It seems like unless if you buy/make all of the Seekers, your Cons will always be outnumbered...

Anyways, alot of people have been saying Ironhide/Ratchet, and I would have agreed with that at first, but then again, look at their original forms as well, they were boxes. I mean unless they do an actual ambulence, or maybe Ironhide minivan? theres a way to get the kids to soccer practice.
