Question: Roughly how much would you guys say that the G1 Monster Pretenders are worth?

I ask because I recently came accross a listing for them on ebay and remembered that I had them all packed away, along with their pretender outer shells. Anyway I just thought I would ask you guys, accoring to the ebay listing a complete Monstructor is "a really sought after toy". Just thought I would see if that was true.

Not sure, but I'll buy some off you, but only if you have a Thunderwing.

Well, he's not really as sought after as, for example, Fortress Maximus, that's for sure. If there's any truth in it, it's because some members are suffering from brittle gold plastic, and that the rubbery shells can start decomposing...

*sees a lot of disgusted faces*

*ahem* The result is that their numbers are declining and thus they can increase in value.

Ah ok, thanks for the info man. I'll have to get them out and see if the gold plastic and the shells are alright. They should be though.

Anyone else have any input?

Agreed. He's not high on my priority list, but if a found a good one at a good price, I'd be all over it.(I'd rather have Dinoking anyway. :P )

As far as value is concerned, you'd easily get over $100 for him on ebay, as long as he is 100% complete, intact, and in good, displayable condition.

Most Pretenders in general have really gotten popular over the last year or two, and have seen steadily increasing demand. Most are very well designed and worth owning.
