Wait but is it actually from the movie or is it custom made to look like it?

its a Limited Edition
made by Chevy
to coincide with the film release

it matches the onscreen as close as they could

if it were a direct prop
i would assume
the price would be nuts

as is
its cherry
only has 8,000 miles
and cost less than a mundane 2012 Camaro

Well congrats, thats awesome! Sadly this is a toy haul thread, so since this is not a toy, you win nothing. Muahahahaha

Just messing, thanks for sharing.

Z3ROhour, next time you get a toy haul, I demand a pic of the toys in the trunk, or on the dash.

I wanna see your Transformers haul being hauled in a Transformer!! :michaelbay:

Awesome score, brother!

While I like the deco for the Bumblebee Movie version of Leader Soundwave better than the TR verison, at $50, he was an easy pass for a figure I already had.

At 30% off, it was tempting, but again an easy pass. Mainly because I had a store near me that easily had 20 of them still on hand.

And they just want down to 50% off over the weekend, so I jumped. But I'm going to leave him in the package for now and keep watching that store and see if any are still around whenever they go to 70% off and buy another then return this one.

The Bumblebee Movie version is definitely a snazzy figure. Have you considered turning TR Soundwave into Soundblaster?

Got this in today - well, technically yesterday. It's to go with a tail-less Dinobot (who at least has the sword) I ordered from a different seller. That was also estimated to arrive on the 15th, but the seller is the same one I bought Primal from - and according to the tracking history Primal wasn't actually shipped out until 8 days after the sale date, so who knows if Chopperface is even really in the mail yet.

Speaking of tracking, the tracking on the tail was weird. It kept showing as "Pre-shipment" up until the actual delivery.

I’ve had that, where it says “pre-shipment”, only to show up on your doorstep. I dunno, as long as you get what you paid for right?

Picked up a Bee movie Nitro Barricade (the truck) at Walmart this morning for $9. Came close to buying one of these at full price, glad I waited.

I now own the rarest Transformers molds ever released by Hasbro, 100% complete and in great shape

Image

Those are G1 Tubo Master, Double Punch, Omega Spreem, and Windmill. 3 of the 4 are really cool smaller versions of enormous bots. There is so little our there in terms of pics and knowledge that I will probably take some and feature them as pictorial review articles here.

I'm glad that it's you who end up owning the Action Masters Elites, Will!
Take great care of them.

They said no returns, but all I signed up for were the missassembled shoulders, not a complete junk box. What the ****!!!

Oh… It's already been done.

Seriously, this suck big time. Did the description say "dented box"? Because if not, you could paypal claim their sorry asses.

No returns for that is BS. I’d call and bitch at them until they offer something.

It’d be one thing if it was just a Generations package where you’re gonna throw it away anyway, but Takara MP boxes themselves are nice to have on display.

I mean, the size of that hole is just...it’s big. It’d be a shame if you found anything wrong with the figure, wouldn’t it, WJ? Eh? Eh?

But what do you want as a resolution on a severely marked down $40 "defective" toy? A full refund? A partial credit?

I'd ask for a credit and call one less box to keep a win.

The weird part is the packaging was really nice and in great shape. I find it really idiotic that there is a "Fragile" sticker on it with plenty of bubble wrap for a box that was already destroyed.

Here was their response:

Thank you for your follow up and unfortunately this product was marked down because of the defect and was sold "as is," we're not offering any replacement parts or compensation for them including the box condition since these items were Ungraded. Since then, all of the stock for this discounted item has been exhausted. I do apologize for any inconvenience and please let me know if you have anymore questions, I'll be happy to help. Have a great day!

I find it very odd how 'As Is' can give them full immunity when they dont have pictures of the actual product they are sending. So they can put fecal matter on the box and ship it to me and since it's written 'as is' its too bad?

And the transaction was insured through paypal yes.

"As is" with no pictures. Shady.
One more reason to stick to Mandrake. At least they always provide overly detailed pictures when anything, including the box, is truly damaged.

And in any case they indicate that the box may be damaged, just in case. But here I had nothing. I asked BBTS and they said that since the box was not graded, it could be in any condition.

About Mandarake, I did have a problem with them once. A Legends Godbomber had glue on his hands to help add friction (since that toy is super loose) and it was not part of the description. They told me that they had not known that and compensated me accordingly (like 20$), which I found fair.

The question here is not whether or not the money paid is equivalent to the product's worth (because that can always be debated). Instead its just the simple idea that you agree to pay for a product given all the information given and what you recieve is not in line with what was said.

Finally, I got my hands on both Shockwave and Ultra Magnus from Siege. The Walmart I work at had 1 of each, and they were in the stock room. So of course they never made it to the sales floor.

Today is a big haul day for me, as I also received T30 Swerve, TR Legends Brawn, Lost Light volume 3, and Optimus Prime volume 3.

Why the hell is T30 Gears so expensive?!
