What tab and sub tab do I click to get into the local area discussion forum. I know that the topics keep getting locked here so if someone can tell me I would appreciate it. Thanks

p.s. I know where to to to add to the store sightings I want to know where to go for the forum.

It's not been added to the drop down menu at the top of the screen yet, but you can access it either from the 'jump to' box at the bottom of the page or from the main forum index. Just below cartoons & comics forum.
