To answer both, yes. They're in a 3-Pack available, only at Costco.

The Transformers Leader Optimus Prime three pack with legends figures will arrive in Costco store after August 16 for $34.99. Be careful, becuase there is currently another Transformers three pack out for $19.99, but it's books! Good news, as it's going to be my first Optimus transformer on the cheap!

It contains an Unleashed Bumblebee figure, and a Movie Voyager Figure. Seems the Options are either Ratchet or Blackout. for the Voyager Figure.
Its pretty neat, but since i don't particularly care for the Unleashed Bumblebee, I've passed.
