Well I just transformed him from car mode to robot mode and the chest is all loose....

I can't figure out how to put the headlights, front of the car, etc into one solid piece.

I am guessing it has something to do with that automorph button but I keep playing around with it and nothing is happening.

Anyone got tips on how to fix this? or do i have a broken toy?

It's broken. A well known defect in the first run. Most of them break the first time you transform them. Hasbro says they've fixed the problem. When they restock pick up a new one.

You could write Hasbro and try to get them to replace it for you.

Yeah, there are some with that problem. Mine is fine. My boyfirends on the other hand can't be put in car mode cause the front end won't go into place. He got his in the 2-pack that came with Barricade.
