Seen it mentioned in a few threads and I have to ask, what are Lucky Draw figures?

I think that its a Tf Figure that That is put out with a special paint job but released in regular packaging and only 1 is produced. So you have to be lucky toget it hence the name.

I think that is right but I may be wrong.

Lucky Draw figures are extreamly rare Japanese exclusives of popular characters that are usually painted Gold or Silver. I could write on and one about it, but your best bet is to go here for all the details and pictures of these rare and extremely expensive figures.
