For Cyclonus, my vote would be for the Botcon Exclusive Cyclonus (repaint of BM Ultra Jetstorm)
for Scourge, the titanium version would be it. Though I swore off of most titanium figures due to the lousy paint app. and questionable articulation
I am assuming by 'accurate' you meant as close to their G1 apperance as possible. Otherwise my answers would be quite different

The Titanium Scourge is pretty accurate.

I don't think there are any? Only 1 version of Cyclonus was ever made that I know of. Scourge came out the same time, and then later a Titanium version came out. A little better than the original I think. But not by much.
what do yo know..

Right, accurate to the original g1 designs. Awhile back somebody posted a ebay for some custom Cyclonus. It looked pretty accurate.

Yeah, but customs are never taken into consideration in thesr types of discussions, as they are well customs. The Custom was very accurate to g1 and had a very nice transformation. Lacked a little in detailing, maybe ome reprolables could have greatly improved it.
Hasbro/Takara, have only made 2 G1 based Scourge toys, and only 1 Cyclonus G1 and Titanium Scourge, an G1 Cyclonus.
I don't know if it was said at Btocon that there would be a Universe Cyclonus. But it would be great to have one.
BeastMachines Jetstorm, can pass for a modern Cyclonus, but of course looks nothing like G1.

I saw the Titanium Scourge, its alright. I'll get him eventually.
But Cyclonus gets kicked to the curb. It would be so good if they made kept his cartoony design but with the articulation of a Classics. Like say...a Voyager sized Classic. What do you think?
I considered buying that custom but its pricey for me

Titanium Scourge is only a little more show accurate than the original toy.
As for Cyclonus, you'll have to hope Hasbro give him a classics figure or something. His G1 toy isnt bad, but not exactly show accurate either.
