What would you want done to make sandstorm for classics 2.0

Since I read somewhere that all the triple changers were going to be made for either the animated show or classics 2.0. I was wondering what people found wrong with orignial g1 sandstorm and what would they do improve the figure for classics 2.0 which is where I hope he ends up. because of the friendship between him and octane during the third season.

I actually doubt we'll see a Springer considering the Botcon release. I think Blitzwing and Octane will be it.

Sandstorm would be a nice surprise. But yeah, Octane and Blitzwing are likely to be it.

I wouldn't rule it out as a possibility though. Botcon Springer had a story where he upgraded and lost his extra mode. They could release a Universe Springer which basically gives G1 Springer an updated look and he can be "Pre-Botcon" Springer.

So I changed my question to reflect sandstorm I thought it was intresting that people also mentioned broadside there is a figure in really need of remake if every there was one. I took one look at orignial g1 thought damm that is ugly.

They could. HOwever, I think Hasbro is well aware of the secondary market. I find it unlikely that they would release a Springer anytime soon as it would deflate the value of Botcon Springer. Maybe towards, the end of the Classics line, however, not now.
I could see Sandstorm as well.
How about a couple of Six changers? With today's tech, imagine how nice those could be.

Nah, we won't see Blitzwing either. Octane's it, but Broadside and Sandstorm maybe possible.

Don't forget Classics 2.0 won't be out until well into next year. In fact, it could be said that Hasbro are waiting for the Botcon stuff from this year to die down before they release anything new
We won't see a Classics 2.0 Blitzwing for a long time because he's an Animated character. But maybe one day in the future, we'll get him.
There's nothing to stop Hasbro from releasing a Classics Springer.
He would be a new mould, not a repaint like the Botcon exclusive, so the devalueation thing wouldn't have any effect.
I'd like to see a good Sandstorm. I have to admit, I'd like him a bit.

Nah, dude, G1 Broadside's pretty crap. He's a brick. His robot mode is basically fold the front and back of the aircraft carrier and stand, and Jet mode makes you cry. But hey, you get a sandwich afterwards!

Agreed, especilly since one mode was ment to fit on top of the other... such a retarded design he was...
Sandstorm is easily my fav tripple changer (not that I have many), and frankly is more fun that classics astrotrain.
Id love to see an updated one.

There is going to be an Octane, which made me happy, because it was the first triple changer I ever got, and became one of my favorites. Though I know there is going to be a Blitzwing released through animated, I'm less thrilled because it's an animated design. But barring that, all three Decepticon triple changers are going to be remade as new molds...which is pretty cool.
The Autobot trips need some lovin' too. There's no law stating that they can't redo a third transform for Broadside. Perhaps he could become a destroyer instead of an air craft carrier - or something along those lines. I wouldn't discount a new Springer either, because the Astrotrain TF Collector's Club exclusive wasn't released that long after the Classics version.

I don't see Broadside getting the classics treatment all that soon since his role was rather minor in the show. I think they are targeting more main and popular characters first.
They are also targeting some characters that have repaintability within the line to make the most out of the mold. There has been talk of a new Ratchet and Ironhide after that there are not many others that do mold sharing anymore aside from perhaps Red Alert but we will get a new Sideswipe for that. Inferno and uhh...can't remember his repaint. Hoist and Trailbreaker could share some parts so would be more of like a Starscream/Ramjet situation.
Don't know can't wait to hear more news about the Universe line.

I think a new Prowl would be awesome. I always loved that character, and it was one of few original figs I was never able to obtain (in one piece at any rate).
They could also use it to make Bluestreak and maybe Smokescreen.
From the looks of it, Sideswipe is going to be sharing a mold with Sunstreaker.
