Was feeling kinda nostalgic after posting about Wheelie in another thread and did a search on Ebay and found this!

Wish I could convince my wife to let me get it!

i believe its a model.... handmade meaning he had to put it together and paint it himself. good figure regardless. now only if it could transform .

o crap it can transform! oopsies! really cool.

Now that would be telling... I guess it would snap it it Transformed... Maybe he should make a turnaround

Yep.. although he's more of a "Binaltech" Bumblebee since he's based on smokescreen.. but let's nog get picky on a masterpiece

what are these customs made of, plastic, foam or resin?

I just cant imagine someone sculpting each part, and thats nothing compared to designing the thing in the first place.

Somewhere around here there is a link to his, either, website or posting board. It shows how he created it from scratch with resin. He also has a Cyclonus and some other animal/robot X-formers. The Frog chic is the best.

Anyone got the link? I never saved it and don't have the foggiest where to look.

As I recall, he's produced a certain amount of each and sold them at hobby conventions in Japan.
(Remember seeing pic of a bunch of boxed versions on a convention table)

Wow. That guy really is talented. The Powerglide he's doing looks like it will rock!

indeed.. have you seen his work on the custom headmasters etc? brilliant work, really.

There's not much to dislike about this guy.
I mean, not only is he making show-accurate depictions of the characters... but then he goes and throws in toy "respect" modes to honor the original molds.
AND the vehicles look as they should.

The man NEEDS to be hired by Takara, goddamit.

that is amazing, its rather like a great blend of classics and animation style rolled into one.

this guy reminds me why I ultimately want to work at hasbro designing TF's

And. .I would consider it in the class of Binaltech but have to admit.. this is a masterpiece.

I really like that Cyclonus custom. Pricey for me though.

I wish Hasbro would remake him.

The fact that he made multiples makes me respect him all the more, nothing better than sharing the love around.
