I'm gonna be nice and polite. And just state that this is pretty much common knowledge my friend. ALL OF IT. In fact, my friend works assets protection at Walmart and he said they start to pull pallets out from the back at around 8. And every wall mart has a small display of transformers far from the toys. Just like they did with spider man, and star wars etc.

And usually the employees will open the box for you if you ask. If you do it yourself, they could get fired and you can get asked to leave the store al together. Walmart has a lawsuit right now because some collectors had boxes fall on them when they were looking through pallets for toys.

I woulda thought the lawsuit would be the other way round- you know, the collectors suing Walmart? Makes more sense.

Yeah, its the customer who is trying to sue walmart. Becuase they were hurt when they were looking through pallets. Some boxes fell on them. So walmart isn't allowing people to look through the pallets anymore. No one from walmart is suing anyone lol.

Customer's lawsuit:

Your honor, I'm not too bright. Instead of grabbing cases from the top of the pallet, I grabbed the ones from the bottom first. BUT, Walmart did not have a sign up saying to grab cases from the top!

LMAO thats exactly what's going on. They blame walmart for having the items out but not stocked. Therefore tempting them to check.

but. I'm lucky! I almost died today when driving back to work, some morocco guy on his "upgraded" scooter zoomed an inch from my car..

see... it's raining here and when people "tune" their cycles they forget the breaks.. so when this guy tried to do a little shortcut he suddenly notices me, decides to break.. and starts skidding and wobbling franticly to avoid my car.. my ABS system stopped the car in no-time and the guy just zoomed past my car.. lol
