It's been forever since I've seen any G1 figure in the box since I don't go to any type of Con. Did they have sizes listed on the box? If so, what was Scorponok? If not, what would he be considered today? Supreme?
Also, the 10th Anniversary Beast Wars figures, are they about Voyager sizes or Deluxe?

In the 10th anniversary BW line, only deluxes were repainted. It's not to say they won't make any more in other sizes.
As for G1, I think they might have said the sizes. And Scorpinok was a headmaster, generally the equivalent of a Leader, I THINK(!) emphasis on the think. ^^
Hope that helped.

I figured Supreme since Scorponok had about a thousand guns like Cybertron Primus.

Possibly, He is quite huge... I haven't seen him in person so I don't really know.

The reason I said that is because I own both of those figures I mentioned and Scorps looks eye-to-eye with Primus.

And the real answer is No.
There were no set size classes in G1 as there are now.
And being a Headmaster doesn't mean it was the equivalent of a leader. It just means that the head transforms into a figure as well. Having thousands of guns doesn't make it a supreme either, lol. It is based on the amount of plastic used.
Considering the amount of plastic used, I'd imagine he would have been classified as a Supreme today.
