does anyone here collects only one character based on many incarnation?

does anyone here like myself only collect one or two type of characters such as optimus prime and megatron through many different incarnation from the original to the new series.

I am pretty much a completest of all the new stuff (Energon and on). However Starscream is one that I try and get everything of even if I don't collect the series (like Atacktix and Robot Hero Starscream). So far My collection is 40+

I thought about this and realized that if a character appeared in G1 I have almost every version of that character since, so by default yes. However I prefer Prime.

Well I collect every Depthcharge, because there's only one figure... I haven't been collecting long enough to have all incarnations of one figure.
If I had enough money, I'd love to go for every Shockwave/blast, because of his originality design-wise.
