I'm not sure if there will be a hound or not, from what we've seen of the next wave there wasn't one pictured. As for emailing Hasbro, you'd have just as much luck getting a response as any of us, so give it a shot

Hound has been one I've been hoping to see given the Classics treatment, perhaps we will get lucky when Universe comes out in 2008.

As for asking for people to do it? Good luck this is just a fan site not an official forum for Transformers.
