I managed to find a Wal-Mart that had their alternators on clearance at $10 and they never raised the price back, so I bought a bunch with intent to take them back to another Wal-Mart for a profit. This isn't the point.

I bought two Skids, and one of them I bought didn't have "Skids" stamped on the license plate! How much is something like this worth?

Seriously, I wouldn't say it's a variant, just an error. May be worth something to someone, but I don't think it raises the price much as an oddity.

Unless the plate has been replaced with a stamp with an upside down plane, your sitting on what you paid for.
