Is my Arcee broken?

So I finally decided to pick up an Arcee after hearing everyone rave about her. I think mine may be broken though.
Has anyone else had a problem with her chestpiece flopping over? After bringing her head up the first time it just won't snap back. The only thing holding it in place are those horrid wheelshoulders, and only when her arms are straight by her side.
Broken or am I doing something wrong?

Yeah I have the same problem with Arcee's chestplate too, so you're not the only one. I just kinda positioned her hands so it wouldn't fall down.

This must be with the newer ones, because I bought mine way back when Dreadwing and Arcee first started appearing on shelves, and the chestpiece stays easily attached to the torso.

The chest seems to be the point on this toy that will malfunction if any part is going to. Mine stays up, but the lock in, isn't all that tight.

There's nothing on mine to lock into. The little tabs that come out of the top of the chestpiece are just flat tabs, no hooks or anything. And there's nothing for them to go into under the head where it's supposed to latch. Another bad mold I suspect.

Mine's the same way. I just flip the halves of the wheels down all the way and they hold the chest up pretty nicely.

Same here. Hasbro has been having manufacturing problems lately. Thats why all the figures are delayed and not on shelves.
