What does BM Magmatron's bio say?

That bio is based on his original BW Neo release, including his title as "Emperor of Destruction" and the "Energy Capsules" which was a major story point in BW Neo. Here's the original:
Magmatron's beast mode is comprised of three dinosaurs. An all around warrior more wildly evil than even Galvatron*. On the one hand, he is violently enthusiastic, while on the other he can judge situations quite reasonably. He is also charismatic, enough so that the other Destrons acknowledge his superiority.
*BW II Galvatron, separate character from G1 Galvatron.

O_o...wow. That bio is so creepy and psycho killer....for a kid's action figure/toy.
Would he be considered a psychopath or a sociopath??
