if i were you, just make him the last one you plan on getting from the line.
he'll most likely be on clearance at that point

I still have my payload (MIB) not really had the time to take him out and mess with him yet.

he's not that bad (though I don't have any of the others released in his wave to compare it to). The grill and head do come off rather easily (I guess if you drop it the parts won't break off).

I really don't like the stupid claw thing sticking out the pack. He loses balance because of it. But he is still awesome looking from the front.

Once you glue the pieces in place, he turns out to be a good figure. Not great, but better than okay.
He's worth $10.00 & a few drops of Super Glue.

You know, I'm really sick of having to glue pieces into place to make a figure "okay." This is really something Hasbro needs to take care of on the manufactoring level.

My Payload's head and front grill fall off all the time, but nothing else has yet. The only thing I dislike about him is the rather long bar that sticks way out the back. Other than that, he's pretty neat.

But that would mean Hasbro would not make as much money per figure if they made them like that.
This guy is still a 50/50 for me, but I know I'll end up getting one if I can. Nice to have a warning about his issues though, I'll be extra careful with him, much the same as I was with Blackout.

One of the worst figures I have bought from this line. The only problem I have had is the grill falling off, and the rod coming out of the back absolutely kills this figure for me.

After buying this figure, I would change my username if I were you. Just sayin.
