Yes, people, the story I stated before was made up. I wanted to see reactions to it if it were real. sorry if it offended anyone or anything of the sort.
That being said, I edited it for your thoughts and opinions
Suppose this happens: You are at Wal-Mart and see concept bumblebee, so you dash for it. These two other guys, probably 18 years or older jump in front of you and started attacking each other for the stupid toy. Throwing punches and what not.
So, is it really worth all this to get a single toy?

It's never wise to fight over something small like that. Patience is always a virtue.

Yeah... while they are in the middle of the fight, you patiently wait... and then you grab and run away! That'll teach em some manners, and you get the concept bee that you always wanted!

It's only worth it if that is the last Bumblebee on Earth. And if it can cure cancer and cook dinner. That would be worth kicking someone's butt over.

The better question is, did you get Bumblebee?
That's the most important point of this.
And while violence isn't necessary, it's not unheard of. A person was shot at in a Florida Target over Tickle Me Elmo.
...yeah, SHOT AT, WITH A GUN.

That didn't happen.
Don't make up stories.

Daaaaamn you Americans are crazy

it's just a piece painted plastic, when you look at it from that perspective, it's pretty hilarious how short-sighted some people are.
Mind you in China there were suicides committed over DIABLO TWO, so that's pretty ridiculous too.

Ok, it is made up, however, I wanted people's opinions on this. Sorry =O

I my time I've beeten alot of people to the chase, but never beaten anybody actualy over a toy.
Hell, I can recall plenty of times that I've let other collectors just have it, because I knew it would come again and they'd probably be happier with it than me.
Still in the stores the only time I wanna through a hit is at that dam crying kid who always follows me, happens every time. But realy thats just cause crying kids annoy me, and instead of doing jail time, I normaly just leave(with the toy they wanted, HAHA, I got my own money ****)

it's so much fun when people decide to make up a story like this. Granted i did see two people almost get in a fight over ps3 preorders...so i suppose somewhere this might actually happen.

that'd be awesome.
instead of bumfights.. we can have fanfights. same principle, different idea.
two collectors enter, one leaves with the toy.
and of course, weapons will be available, anything you would find in the isles

Not for a Transformers toy. Although if you are certain the person who ends up with the figure is a scalper, then I say you are entitled to ram a die-cast Thomas the Tank engine figure into their spleen.
But apparently it is the norm for Tickle me Elmo's and Cabbage Patch Kids...

Weapons? Pshh. Anyone fighting over a toy would more than likely pull the windmill-slap out of their arsenal, and hit like a bitch.

I think you could've easily found out what people think of two people fighting over a toy, without making up a story

Yeah I get the idea now, thanks...
It was a mistake to make up that stupid story anyway, so lets just get off that topic...
