what toy is it

i saw a pic on a site of a black cab truck, it looks like optimus, but its black and it has a decepticon symbol on the door. in the description it says 1994, Hasbro. i was going to save the pic to my computer and then post it here, but it doesnt let me save it, does anyone know what it could be?

that was my first guess, but i looked at the nemesis prime galleries and this one looked nothing like the ones in the gallery

There wasnt an offcial Nemesis Prime until Alt Nem Prime as far as I'm aware. This'll be RiD Scourge.

Did hasbro do a Nem Prime? I know that Takara did a Black Convoy (or was that energon?).
EDIT: Nevermind, I found him on the seibs galaries, never relaised they did that, heh.

Not only was there a Nemesis Prime in toy form, but he also made an appearance in the cartoon. Ever so briefly.Bboth Hasbro and Takara produced a Bendy Nemesis Prime repaint, except Takara's had the better look with he silver paint instead of tan.
