Hasbro must be very desperate to get rid of '79 Bumblebee, he has been repackaged with just about everyone...

Why did you post that twice. Besides, the word "Hasblo" is so 2005.

-_- Either they ran out of CCBB completely, or they're just doing their best to whore the '77 mold for all it's worth.

Ridiculous.

Silly Hasbro, it was the concept Bumblebee that got towed, not the old one. But hey, why should they get that right when they can't even get the name on the side of the tow truck right?

shouldn't the bumblebee be a 08 instead of a 74?

I like it. Id say its a walmart exclusive. It looks like the Barricade and BB 2 pack. If i can find it it shall stay in the box.

I was hoping it would be a target exclusive. Just cus target has alot of exclusives, so this would be a nice add. So now people who shop target will have more choices. But whatever. If I find one, it stays in the box as well. But I'm not going to preorder it like the BB 2 pack

According to that post, the plan on using the classic bumblebee?

it makes no sense, if they really wanted to do it the right way, then have the 2 pack include BATTLE DAMAGED '08 bumblebee and longarm. 8-|

Yeah I guess yoru right but the thing is that maybe hasbro wasn't thinking clearly.... saying" hmmm beat down 70's car, towtruck? Tow truck picking up beat down car!" But yeah, too many mistakes with bumblebee, they should have had concept camaro bumblebee but the demand would be crazier then the bumblebee 2 pack since that one was battle damaged

I like both figures alot, and I look forward to hopefuly finding this set and keeping the box displayed!

And although I agree that the battle damaged 08 BB would have been better, I find it realy just more disturbing that LongArm's warning lights aren't set right :???:

haha yeah to all of the older pickier transformer fans, the concept would've been better. But i don't think smaller kids mind that much, as long as its the cool/cute bumblebee they saw in the movie

Well Like I said about hasbro, kids say bumblebee is a downgraded car, old school car or whatever, and so they believe long arm should tow that piece of **** away. by not cussing lol

Now that would be cool. Of course Hasbro won't do it because it makes sense. If they had put the battle damaged 08 Bumblebee in this pack and ditched the "Evolution of a Hero" two-pack, everyone would be much happier about this one and have more time to complain about something else.

i sent mine back in to customer support because of the problem with the automorph (they sent me a pre-paid mailing label very quickly,) and got a letter saying they had none in stock about a month after..... then, a few more weeks after (today) i got a package with a deluxe brawl in it, with no included packing slip, or any explanation for why i was recieving a toy I already have (and despise.) even though its not as good as the 08 bumble, i still want the classic camaro version for completist sake, but...... *agh* i actually just bought a longarm the other day.

*sigh* any word if this is going to be the one with the *proper* automorph?

and yeah, i totally think they should have packed this with the "battle damaged" 08 concept camaro (that is coming in the bumblebee two-pack) and then just made the two-pack have the standard version of each mold...

*totally want to pop bumblebee's leg off and tie him to the back of long-arm*

maybe the image of a towtruck towing a brand new '08 Camaro isnt something Hasbro or GM wanted to show, you know how some people will take images like that even if it is a toy
