Recently we reported here about the first colored image of Revoltech Megatron. Now new more detailed pictures of the Revoltech Megatron have surfaced. The website Mamegyorai has posted six new images of the figure. Click here to check out the images.

DAMN! That's really nice, I want one. Haven't bought a TF in like a year or two..........lol. Is this only in Japan? Must I import? I'm going to assume yes, but I just want confirmation.

An excellent and legal alternative to MP05 Megatron.

Since the figure doesn't transform, there is zero chance of it having an orange cap, correct?

That is very impressive, I just wonder why the back barrel ends in that weird oval?

Bison from Street Fighter 2 comes to mind when I look at those pics, but I'm not sure why... Too bad he has no Energon Flail.

I must say he is very nice indeed, though I was a little upset when i got my revoltech Optimus and Ultra Magnus, not in their quality or any other reason mind you, but simply due to the size of them. I was very, Highly, disappointed... I have never owned or purchased a revoltech figure before, so i thought they were gonna be as big as say a Marvel legends figure, but ultimately I found out that they are about the same size if not a bit taller then the Mega SCF figures... I was very let down.. but In a way they will compliment those 25th anniversary Gi joe figures I have seen on the toy fair sightings.. Have you seen them yet!! Dear GOD!! What a nice summer gift.. it looks as if they stepped right out of the TV and into my hands.. ohhh saints be praised!!!! Also i will get the Megatron Revoltech.. i may have been surprised at how small they are, but I'm still amazed at their detail and posability.. but my robotech super posables will be towering over them.. anyone remember those guys from toynami??? They are releasing the cyclone in masterpiece form now form the new generation!!! oh what a sweet time to be a robot fan!!

In all honesty, they really messed up some of the character's faces. Take Scarlett, Roadblock, and the Baroness for instance. The original leaked shots from Hasbro looked better. Now you know, and knowing is half the battle.
However, that set owns and I'm so going to get it.

This line is looking good.

I was disappointed that the Prime and Magnus only stand about 4 1/2 inches tall, even thought the web sites selling them say 6 inches. The only way they are close to 6 inches is if you raise their hands above their heads. They are dwarfed by my 6 inch Titanium figures.

He looks great, but I'm curious about the kibble on his back...

Oh hell yeah! This does everything I wan Revol Megatron to do! HE CAN AIM DOWN HIS GODDAMN ARM! I am a happy little bast.

I may have to get that. Looks pretty spiffy, not like the bowls full of suck that were Prime and Magnus.

yeah I agree but compared to what is out, ands the fact that the reissued stuff was way off in colors and quality this is like the best there has been, except the statues, but these are affordable and posable.. the faces.. meh they could be better...


OK Ok, here is a real geek moment, but i have to...

There is a Gi Joe episode that sticks out in my mind so vibrantly and just makes me love the new cobra commander sculpt even more.. the joes are surrounding a mountain base, they assualt it with their flying gliders, inside destro and baroness are escaping, Dr. Mindbender has just displayed his new B.A.T.S., cobra commander is about to follow destro when in charges Duke, and snake eyes is immediately lost in battle with Storm Shadow..

Now here's the kicker



Duke approaches Cobra commander who has no weapons in his hands, Duke says "Its over cobra, your coming back to our base and you under arrest.. you army is defeated, give it up, NOW!!"

a nice shot of cobra commander with dukes reflection is seen, silence ensues, then cobra commander cocks his head to the right and you hear a popping sound, then gas flows from out the helmet, chocking Duke, and the last line you hear before Cobra commander darts to safety is "Fool!!! Do you think me defenseless!!!??"


That is just the badest episode of Gi Joe I can recall from child hood, and solidifies in my mind that cobra commander.. is the Shiizzzznick!! all the way..

What sort of US Dollar price is this anyway?

Looks great. I would have liked to see him built on a diferent design to Prime/Magnus and have some revolver joints in the shoulders and not in the elbows where they have been rendered usless. Other than that I cant wait to get him, the addition head is a nice suprise.

Though you have to admit for such a small size, like the THS line, great detail. And amazing poseability.

Megatron will be mine no matter the costs.

That looks magnificent.. I will try to pick one of those up when they come out!
