Yes. Some don't like his mark-up(but his sales are great), and you won't get better communication or customer service. Any problems, just email customer service and they'll handle it.

I've dealt with him consistently for 5 years and have had only one issue, my HS-02 Convoy's antenna were broken right out of the package. Two emails later, I had a brand new one shipping, and all that I had to do was return the old one. It's the way businesses should be.

Some of the prices are high, some resonable, but the customer service has always been top notch. I know that I'll never have to worry about service when ordering from there. I even found Micron TidalWave there rencently, and he ain't easy to come by anymore. His price was a steal IMO.

They always deliver, and when they can't they tend to buy items off other ebayers just to get it to you.

I usually don't buy anything from BBTS that will be out retail in the US but all of the imports I have bought have shown up in perfect shape.

I never worry about my shipments from them, they are grrreat!

Great customer service and shipping. Just be selective of what you order, keep an eye on the pricing, watch for their sales and you'll be alright.

Anything you might find at retail that's on there and I'd wait and see... I got kinda hosed on Classics Starscream. I ordered him because I thought I'd NEVER find him... Long story short I plopped down $20 (cost + SH) and then found him EVRYWHERE for weeks afterward.

I've never kicked myself so hard in all my life. It was the one time I didnt see something at retail before they had it. Plus side is I HAVE a Classics Starscream

I've had nothing but good experiences with them. Some of their stuff is pricey, but the customer service is great.

i'm going to join the masses and say, nothing but pleasant experiences. I also love the pile of loot feature.

I've only just started using BBTS, but they have been above par so far IMO.

They are the main online shop I buy from other then hasbrotoyshop and the club store.
