cannot convert back to alt mode.
arms stuck, and wheels stuck by shoulders!!

I don't know if this will help. Had some issues this morning and someone posted to pull out on the arms a little more, make sure that they lock into place. Mine jammed up halfway into transformation. pull the arms out a little bit more to see if they will lock into place. Hope that is your problem too. I thought I bought a broke one or something and was starting to get angry.

Or possibly the middle flap on the hood is locked in behind the head?

haven't been able to admit it yet, but me too! I gave up a while ago though because I thought he looked he better in Robot mode anyhoo. I really think he's the most over-rated transformer. Even dismissing the fact that I broke him, I hate those little darn yellow things that always fall off and I think 77' BB can pose much better.

Not that I don't like him! I still think he rocks and all.

Yea, right behind the head, part of the hood kind of locks the head in place. If you look at the figure from behind, it should be the part of the hood that is right behind his head, sorry my digital camera is not with me this weekend or I would take a picture.

Yea, most of their instructions are useless. I was really frustrated this morning. All this wait, finally get one, ahd I had him in two pieces, and stuck half way between bot and car modes. Ages 5+ my rear.

His arms slid out a lil bit, now his chest(hood) is down where it should be.
IF i convert him back to alt mode, i'll be more patient.

Hey! I fixed it too. Figured I'd give it it's 100th try after reading this post. Guess the 100th time's the charm!
