Leader Brawl opinions

I'm thinking about getting the leader class Brawl. Is he a sturdy figure? Is he worth the $40? He looks cool in the galleries, but I haven't heard any reviews from people who own the toy. Thank you in advance.

In my opinoin i say he is a great figure.

The only gripe i have with him is how he stands up in robot mode. You have to push one leg out a little bit to balance him.

he looks great posed, because he has the most "weapons" of all of the movie figures. HE has thos clear gun on his back, his arm gatling gun, a blade on his other hand, and his tank turret can be move around so that it can fire from his sides.

His size is pretty movie accurate, but his head is'nt completly hidden in tank mode, becasue it goes in a hole right under the tank turret.

his toy is really worth the money, he makes a good "badass tank figure with a lot of guns" for any display.

Also his turrets in tank mode can move, making him a beleivable accurate tank toy.

I think it's just a pity that he doesn't fire any projectiles. I think he should have like 3 or 4 missiles to fire :P But then again I don't own him yet so I might eat those words later.

I think he's cool, but with the deluxe I'm happy.

Picked him up the other day and love the figure. I don't really mind the lack of firing missiles; they almost always look crappy anyway. Hi2u Ironhide arm cannons.

Here's a negative opinion about it. I just got it, and I'm not so fond of it. It'll never be one of my favorites. I also believe I like the deluxe better.

I may end up selling it off soon.
:-?

I like him, but with the trouble I had with the 'automorph' trigger the first time I transformed it, I'm scared to mess with it too much.

Come to think of it, I hate the 'automorph' gimmick. Ten years from now, they're all gonna be broken.

See I got him and now he's a must sell for me. I'm not overly impressed with him. I like my deluxe version fine.

Just got him and he is tons better than the deluxe one and Leader Megatron by far. He is a pain to get into tank mode though. But he is a ton less of a pain than Megs is so pick him up!

Really? :-? cause to me it seems like he should be the size of Ironhide and Rachet. here, take another look: http://youtube.com/watch?v=aE-AO2nJrcg

Looks in scale to Ironhide and Ratchet to me. His Leader class version isn't THAT much bigger, and he's not much bigger in the movie, but enough to make a noticeable difference.

My only scale complaints are Bonecrusher (the most glaringly obvious) and Blackout. I've come to accept Starscream's Voyager size. His jet mode is a lot smaller than it should be, but his robot form in the movie didn't look all that big.

I picked up Leader brawl today, he is pretty cool. Not the best toy in the movie line, but cool. His paint job could be alot better, he looks the most like a toy out of all the movie line, IMO.

one good thing about him is that his light and sounds has two triggers compared to optimus and megatron, one for the little missile launchers when you twist the smaller turrets and one for the main cannon when you push it inwards.. cool figure..but it still has little wheels instead of the catterpillar tracks..well maybe it's too much to ask for because they get seperated on robot mode..

I just picked him up today, a few hours ago in fact... I love him, but my only gripe is that he doesn't stand up straight in robot mode, that you have to angle one leg out further to get him to stand 'solidly'...

He's my favorite figure so far... (as Brawl's my favorite design!)

I picked up Leader Brawl this week and I think he's great. Best of the Leader figures IMO and much nicer than the deluxe version.

I'm considering transplanting the missile pods from the FAB
Brawl onto the leader version.

They're the right size and they launch. If it works I'll
post pics.
