so i got my preorder yesterday. pulled him out tried to pry out the cap with my fingernail. that didn't work but i was able to scratch off the saftey orange paint so it was just white. but then i transformed him and took a long nail and pushed it down the opposite side of the barrel and it popped out. YAY! and i was able to scrape off all the glue on it.

haven't had a megatron like this for 20 years.
