Question about Masterpiece packaging

One had art and all the jazz, containing the toys. The other was a plain transport box containing the other box, but still clearly belonged to MP-04.
Do the other MPs come with a transport box to protect the actual box, too?
I love the individual transport boxes, my Advent Pieces: Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children: Limited (hehe, I like saying that
) one is even nifftier, it got a handle to easily carry the whole set.
