Certain exclusives, such as the Classics UM/Skywarp pack, have been stated to only have one print run.

Will more Reissue Soundwaves be printed, or is it in the fashion of the other exclusives listed above?

Where are you located? He should be appearing in TRU right now.

Interestingly enough, they have stopped listing him on the Toys'R'Us website... so that might be it for the Soundwaves

If that's true, then I'm screwed. Ebay hoarders bought all they had after one day in the store, and I didn't get one!

It's probably a one-shot deal, since Hasbro and TRU aren't going to want too much non-movie stuff around when the Preview toys and such are released full-force.

But Soundwave shouldn't be entirely sold out by any means. TRU's online store, yeah, but others are out there (BBTS, Action-HQ), there's still other TRU brick-and-mortar stores reported to have them, and if you absolutely must bite the bullet... eBay.

The collectors most screwed now are the kiddies and other people who don't have easy access to more distant TRUs to get Soundwave. All I know is, when you see a desirable exclusive available for preorder, you're probably going to jump on it.

All I have to worry about is getting some minty cassettes to go with my shiny, reissued Soundwave. 8) [/rubs_it_in]

I've read that the older cassettes are too big for the TRU soundwaves. I don't know though because it's impossible to get one for under 50 bones. Soundwave was never my favorite, so as much as I would like one, I'll just bide my time and hope to come across one at a more reasonable price.

Where did you hear that?

It was on the product comments area of the TRU online page for Soundwave. The page is down now, so there's no way to ask the guy if he ment the old cassettes or regular cassettes.

I purchased the last Soundwave present at my local TRU shortly before making the topic.

Some individual had hidden it behind a number of Cybertron Primus figures.
