I really think that there are some movie toys that would make a few g1 characters.

longarm-hoist
swindle-prowl(or barricade),silverstreak,smokescreen
blackout-soundwave with scorponok turned in to ravage and an additional copter piece that turns into lazerbeak
bumblebee,cliffjumper-the brothers
voyager prime-huffer
thundercraker,g1 screamer-skywarp,ramjet,thrust,dirge
chevy swerve-windcharger

and that is all that i can think of.
